The waterfalls at Gunlock State Park have ceased to flow due to an operational modification of Gunlock Reservoir requested by the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation. Passing of State Parks Director Fred Hayes
Mike Styler, executive director of the Utah Department of Natural Resources, has anounced that Fred Hayes, director of the Utah Division of Parks and Recreation, passed away March 2, 2018 at his home in Heber City.
